Who I am and how I work.

I am a mortgage loan originator who also holds a principal broker license. That combination is not about wearing two hats on the same deal -- Utah law prohibits that, and I respect why. It is about understanding both sides of every housing decision so I can give better advice on each one.

Most mortgage conversations start with a rate. Mine start with a question: what problem are we solving? Whether it is structuring a purchase, evaluating a refinance, or stress-testing an investment, I focus on the math, the timeline, and the downside before we talk about the upside.

I have been in this business for 22 years. I started on the real estate side in 2004 and added mortgage origination in 2018 because I wanted to understand financing at the same depth I understood property. That perspective lets me help clients see the full picture -- not just the loan, not just the house, but how the two fit together inside a long-term plan.

I do not chase rates. I do not push urgency. I do not disappear after closing. My role is to be a steady resource -- someone you call when a housing or financing question comes up, whether that is next month or five years from now.
